By Licensing a practice through the New Jersey Department of Health as an Ambulatory Care Facility (ACF) for Primary Care, non-physicians may legally maintain 100% ownership of the entity. This model has gained significant traction and is rapidly becoming the standard framework for multidisciplinary practices across New Jersey.
Once licensed as an ACF, a non-physician may employ an MD or DO while retaining complete ownership and operational control.
Our group provides turnkey Licensing solutions, guiding clients from initial consultation and facility review through Licensure to ensure all regulatory standards are met. Our ongoing support continues post Licensure with quarterly compliance reviews and assistance during State inspections, helping clients maintain continuous compliance with all Licensing requirements.
