Survey and Inspection Preparation

ACS can assist you and your team with an initial assessment to ensure preparedness of a scheduled (or unannounced) inspection. Our group conducts on site mock inspections to help identify any areas of non-compliance.  Our team then works directly with your team to proficiently remedy these areas and tailor a program to ensure the requirements of the Accrediting body, CMS or DOH are met.  Members of our team will be on site at your facility the day of a scheduled inspection / survey.  We are 100% on call for our clients.  In the event the Department of Health conducts an unannounced inspection, for example, our clients are instructed to contact us immediately.  We will immediately assign a highly qualified team member to assist directly on site, or remotely.
